Somersett; anew mixed-income development for the Arkadelphia, Clark County area in Southwest Arkansas. Somersett will have 125 lots available for single family-dwellings to be constructed by licensed contractors for homeowners. Contractors must be active members of the Homebuilders Association.
Somersett will consist of homes that appraise around $110,000 and up.
Somersett will have a designated area of homes for 55 years and older, this will include lots 88 through 127.
Somersett will have an area for walking trails around a nature park. This area will be around lots 8 through 15 and lots 35, 36 and 42.
Somersett will have another nature park around lots 82 through 87 and lots 119 and 120. This park will include playground equipment for children along with bench areas for quite time and family gatherings.
Somersett cul-de-sacs will have landscaped islands.
Somersett is close to shopping, restaurants, schools, hospital, doctors, and easy Interstate access.
